Christening Gifts and Dedication Gifts

Babies are a gift from God.  When they are Christened or Dedicated, we are saying, "God, we take this beautiful, wonderful gift that you have given us, and we are giving it back to you."  Isn't it wonderful to know that our dearest treasure is in God's hands?
