What father would not be proud to have his kids' names and birthdays on a dog tag or dog tag key chain?  This Names and Dates Pewter Dog Tag comes BLANK and is easy to customize.   Just send us up to 3 names and 3 dates, and we will do the rest.  Names must be 9 letters or less.   Add your names and dates in the Engraving Instuctions field in the Shopping Cart.
