I have questions about hand-stamping

The letter we stamp are all capitals. Dates are stamped in this manner 1.21.09. Letter are hand-stamped and spacing and placement will vary. Numbers, letters and punctuation are all considered symbols. The number of symbols a charm can hold is a guideline. We will notify you if there is a problem gracefully fitting your personalization on your charm. Please allow 1 week for your item to be personalized (it usually only takes a few days). While we can make no promises, let us know if you have a deadline and we will do the best we can for you.
